議会は今日、各常任委員会が行われ、付託案件の審議及び採決が行われました。請願への対応で文教経済常任委員会で、委員長によるルール無視の行動があり、議会として厳正な対応をとらなければならない状況です。議会のルールを守る気のない人間を、ただ会派の人数割で委員長にする事の是非を、考える時に来ているのかもしれません。
